Return Eligibility
At MT scents, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Process for Initiating Returns
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@mtscents.com to request a return authorization.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
Refund Methods and Processing Time
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we receive the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
Special Cases
In the event of receiving a damaged or incorrect item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt.
- Provide your order number and details of the issue, along with any relevant photographs.
- We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
Exceptions to the Policy
We understand that there may be unique situations. The following items are non-returnable:
- Items returned simply because you didn’t like the scent.
- Gift cards.
